BioLM has released open-source tools, biolm-hub and biolm-sdk, to standardize and simplify the deployment and integration of biological language models. This addresses operational challenges by providing a consistent interface for deploying and accessing dozens of pLLMs and DNA-LLMs, enabling efficient model usage without significant custom infrastructure.
The industry overestimates how much value comes from access to in-silico foundation models and underestimates how much comes from target-specific benchmarking, model calibration, and experimental context. Better models help. Better framing, calibration, and selection matter more.
We’re excited to announce that BioLM now ships a production MCP server! This means you can connect Claude, ChatGPT, and any MCP-compatible AI assistant directly to BioLM’s suite of in-silico modeling tools — no API glue code required.
